Congé de l'Ascension et temps potable, c'est l'occasion de faire une longue sortie, histoire de m'assurer que j'ai bien la distance dans les jambes.  Playlist :

Ensuite, le dimanche 20 mai, j'ai couru le jogging de Bioul (14,5 km d'un parcours très sélectif), et le mardi 22 mai, sortie en solo, 9 km avec de longues accélérations.  Fin de mon entraînement pour les 20km de Bruxelles 2012, demain le jour J !

Deux sorties sans musique ...

Il m'arrive aussi de courir sans musique, en groupe.  Jeudi dernier 10/05, 7,5 km dans la chaleur campagne de Denée (Je Cours Pour Ma Forme), et ce dimanche, Ekiden Marathon de Namur avec une équipe de collègues. Nous avons fait 3h22 environ, et j'ai assuré le dernier relai (7,195 Km autour de 32 min, les temps officiels ne sont pas encore disponibles).

30/04/12 - sortie de 16 km

Les 20km de Bruxelles approchent, l'entraînement s'intensifie, surtout en distance.  Pas de problème d'endurance ce matin, mais pas satisfait de la vitesse, je n'ai jamais réussi à vraiment accélérer ... ça ira mieux la prochaine fois !  En musique, des choses plutôt récentes :

16 km ce 09/04/12

En ce lundi de Pâques, sortie plus longue - 16 km - en bonne partie sous la pluie. On augmente la dose, les 20 km de Bruxelles approchent.  A propos, en plus de mes sorties solitaires et de mon foot du vendredi, j'ai rejoint un groupe "Je cours pour ma forme" 5 - 10 km.  Cela fait un entraînement de plus, c'est très sympa, le coach est compétent, etc etc ...  Il y a aussi un groupe 5km pour les grands débutants, et là c'est vraiment l'affluence.  Fin de la parenthèse, voici la playlist de ma sortie de ce matin.  C'est vraiment du vrac :

17/03/2012 : Ekiden Marathon de Gent

Si vous ne le savez pas, mais ça m'étonnerait quand même un peu, l'Ekiden consiste à courir un marathon en relais, par équipes de 6 coureurs : 2 X 10 km, 3 X 5 km et 1 X 7,2 km pour finir.  Ce samedi, j'ai participé à l'Ekiden de Gent, en équipe avec des collègues de bureau.  C'était très sympa, bonne ambiance, organisation parfaite.  Nous avons terminé en un peu plus de 3h30, aux alentours de la 50ème place du classement des entreprises, sur 160 participantes.  Pour ma part, j'ai couru un 10 km. Pour ne pas changer les bonnes habitudes, c'était en musique, plutôt protéinée, avec :
