Pas pu courir comme je voulais ces dernières semaines, d'autant plus content de retrouver la traditionnelle sortie du dimanche.  En prime, un temps d'arrière-saison des plus agréables.  En musique, essentiellement les années 80 et 90 :

11/08/2013 - Longue sortie

16,5 Km en ce beau dimanche ensoleillé mais pas trop chaud.  Pour le moment, la semaine je sors deux fois, plutôt court mais en augmentant quelque peu l'intensité, et le dimanche, la traditionnelle sortie longue, en musique, sans me soucier trop du chrono.

Ben dites donc, ça fait longtemps ... Je n'ai pas arrêté de courir, même si j'ai un peu levé le pied après les 20 km de Bruxelles, mais j'ai moins couru un musique.  Mes bons vieux intras Philips ont rendu l'âme et je ne me suis pas pressé pour les remplacer.  C'est maintenant chose faite, j'ai opté pour des Koss Sporta Pro, la version sport du classique Porta Pro.  Premier vrai test ce dimanche, et première impression excellente.  Ce n'est plus de l'intra, on perd les avantages (isolement, discrétion, ..) et les inconvénients (trop d'isolement, gêne auriculaire à la longue, ...).  Hormis le look un peu "martien qui fait son jogging", je suis content de mon choix.  En musique, c'était :

Les 20 km de Bruxelles approchent, on intensifie l'entraînement, avec notamment la sacro-sainte sortie longue du dimanche.  Température idéale, autour de 10° au départ, et une chouette playlist que voici sur Spotify :

Bon, il est temps de s'y remettre sérieusement ! L'hiver qui n'en finit pas n'est pas propice, mais qu'à cela ne tienne, on y va, 10 km sans trop forcer.  Il y a un brouillard à couper au couteau le long de la Meuse, un sentiment curieux mais pas désagréable d'être seul au monde.  Avec la musique :
