De retour ! 6 km en douceur ce 16/07/11

Après plus d'un mois d'arrêt pour une petite déchirure au mollet, reprise en douceur ce samedi, un bon 6 km sans forcer.  Sensations plutôt bonnes.  C'est avec une poche de glace sur le mollet, on ne sait jamais, que je tape ma playlist :

29/05/2011 - 20km de Bruxelles !

20km de Bruxelles courus sous forte chaleur, en 1h45m39s.  Entre 2009 et 2010 au niveau du temps, mais mon meilleur classement jusqu'à présent.  Je suis parti un peu vite (sous 49 min aux 10 km), et j'ai ramé dans la deuxième moitié, mais dans l'ensemble je suis plutôt satisfait, d'autant que je n'ai pas toujours eu le coeur ni la tête à l'entraînement ces dernières semaines.  Organisation toujours impeccable, même si pour le prix, on apprécierait un peu plus qu'un Mars à l'arrivée.  Voici ma playlist, à la testostérone :
