Tiens, le temps a l'air de se remettre, comme on dit.  Conditions idéales pour courir, en ce matin férié.  Côté musique, du soft pour commencer car je suis décidé à refaire un 15 km pour la première fois depuis ma petite blessure (v. posts précédents).  Faut donc partir en douceur !

10 km sur un parcours classique, la forme s'améliore, mais on ne récupère pas comme ça d'un arrêt de plus d'un mois.  Fonction "music mix" de l'ipod, encore (j'aime bien !) :
