20km de Bruxelles : c'est fait !
Voilà, c'est fait ! 31 mai 2009, les 20km de Bruxelles ! plus de 27000 participants, temps magnifique, un peu trop chaud peut-être, mais une ambiance, une organisation et une expérience formidables. Pour une première participation, à 46 ans, j'ai mis 1h49m15s, autour de la 8200ème place. Plutôt content. J'étais bien parti (51 min aux 10km), j'ai eu un peu de mal entre le 14ème et le 16ème. Un petit regret : au dernier moment, j'ai décidé de courir sans mon ipod, pour être "plus concentré" sur la course elle-même. C'était une erreur, je pense. En tout cas, je suis bien décidé à le refaire l'an prochain ! Bien content aussi d'avoir couru sous les couleurs d'ATD-Quart Monde.
